Weekly Goals
1. Eat a raw food diet consisting of fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts & seeds for at least 80% of my diet or greater a day. 2. Eat small single servings of fish or chicken of no more than 2-4 times a week. 3. Eat only one cooked food a day-fish, chicken, yam or brown rice blend, etc... 4. Drink 1500cc of water a day. 5. Exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes or more. 6. Eat out only once a week. 7. Try out a new raw food recipe every week.Great Raw Resources on the Web
