This blog is dedicated to my personal decision to delve into a raw-food lifestyle of at least 80% raw fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts and seeds a day.
I am hoping to find I will be more physically, emotionally & spiritually fit in the coming weeks and months.
I am also hoping to find this a easy way to lose around 70 pounds and keep it off.
